Coming from a scientific background, she eventually decided to embrace her creative side and started exploring the world of cinema, where she discovered her passion for Color Grading and working as an Assistant Director.  After having taken her first masterclass in Color Grading, it soon became clear that her future lied in this field and she started getting involved in different projects.  In her work as a Colorist, Verena takes the time for in-depth conversations with the director and cinematographer to understand emotional tones, visual themes and their overall interpretation of the story. Together, she likes developing a look that complements the mood of a scene to enhance the storytelling and give each story its unique touch. The ultimate goal is to give each project a cohesive look that aligns with the creative team's vision, ensuring that it resonates with the audience as intended. Verena's work extends from narrative stories and documentaries to commercials and music videos.  --- Studio Setup Our color grading studio, equipped with professional hardware and licensed software, creates an environment where creative and productive work can reach its fullest potential.
